Classes

Full Body Fitness
Get your heart pumping and muscles firing in this high-energy class! Start with a dance warm-up to get the groove going, dive into a fun dance-inspired cardio session, and then tone up with strength training using free weights and bodyweight. Finish strong with a cool-down that leaves you feeling energized and accomplished. Perfect for all fitness levels, with modifications offered so everyone can work at their own pace. For ages 16+.

Note: Babies welcome! New moms are welcome to bring their little ones along. Whether your baby is in a carrier or on a blanket nearby, you're free to move, sweat, and focus on you while keeping your baby close.

Move & Groove
This medium-intensity dance fitness class blends fun, rhythm, and movement! Expect a mix of energizing grooves, cardio bursts, and full-body choreography designed to get you moving and feeling good. Perfect for those who want a balance between a workout and pure dance joy, with options to move at your own pace. Leave feeling energized, happy, and ready to groove all day!​ Recommended for ages 12+.

Burlesque
Unleash your inner goddess in this sultry, confidence-boosting class! Learn new choreography set to iconic burlesque songs, and master the art of tease and expression. Whether you're a beginner or seasoned dancer, each class will have you feeling empowered, fierce, and ready to shine! Please note that this class focuses on confidence, empowerment, and positive movement — it does not involve explicit content. For ages 16+.
